CANCELLATION POLICY
• If a registrant pays and cancels before the April 30 early-bird deadline, a full refund will be issued.
• If a registrant cancels between May 1 and June 30, the registration fee will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee.
• If a registrant cancels between July 1 and the start of the convention or is a no show, no refund will be issued. Exceptions can be made on compassionate grounds for medical reasons or family emergencies. A $50 processing fee will still be charged.
